Troubleshooting log

If you encounter issues with your Real Softphone app, you may be requested to provide a troubleshooting log.
Find below details on how to enable and send a log file.


While in the Real Softphone app, select the menu and then Settings:


Under Settings, select Preferences:


Scroll down and enable the Troubleshooting log option:


Once enabled, go back to your dial pad and place a call.
Once a call has been placed (replicating the issue)...

Select Settings, then scroll down to (new) Logs option:


Select the menu and then Share (select the option to send the log to us by email):
